Two tracks. One builds a power system that does not exist yet and proves it before the capital is committed. The other takes a system already running and makes it predict, detect and decide for itself.
Both tracks share one engine. The load model, the renewable resource series, the storage dispatch and the cost model are the same code whether we are sizing a greenfield site or retro-fitting intelligence onto a running one.
That matters more than it sounds. A feasibility study built on a different model than the controller that eventually runs the plant is a study that stops being true the day the plant is switched on. We keep one model and carry it forward — the digital twin used to size the system is the same twin used to test the dispatch strategy, and the same twin that later tells you whether the plant is behaving the way it was sold to you.
Every engagement produces documents, not just dashboards: sized components, a year-by-year trajectory, a full cost analysis, and an explicit statement of the standards the design was checked against.
